Returns

If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return one or more items.

How to make a return 

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your items.

Send an email to hello@hensroosters.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

Once confirmed, please send the items to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely at our address.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Conditions

Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with original tags and packaging.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order once your return is processed.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

What if the item is faulty?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@hensroosters.com with a photo, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.
